Richard is always looking to be outdoors, where he has a passion for trail runner and cycling. He's a lifelong Chelsea FC fan, always looking for new music and has an unconditional love for dogs. In his professional life, Richard has two roles as a sports rehabilitation specialist, occasionally putting in shifts at a West London clinic and as clinical lead for Dorking Wanderers Women's Football Club, all while pursuing his PhD.

Working towards improved musculoskeletal rehabilitation outcomes following Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (RED-S) syndrome in endurance athletes.
External Activities
Presented previous research findings at the Sports Medicine Congress in Copenhagen, data has been published in NICE guidelines and currently preparing MSc dissertation for submission to journals.
