Paul's PhD focuses on the phenomenon of thriving in elite sports coaches, teams and sporting organisations.
Paul's current project involves the collation and distillation of the views of expert athletes, coaches, coach educators and coaching researchers, on their perspectives of thriving in coaches, via using the Delphi method framework.
