Natasha obtained her degree in Physiotherapy from Seth G.S. Medical College in India in 2021 and later joined Loughborough University for her MSc in Musculoskeletal Sport Science and Health (2023). Her research project focused on the adverse events reported with resistance exercise performed at different velocities in postmenopausal women. Following this, Natasha was awarded a Loughborough University studentship to study for a PhD under the supervision of Dr Christof Leicht and Dr Ian Taylor.
