Kayleigh is a PhD student within the School of Sport, Exercise & Health Sciences at Loughborough University. She graduated from Loughborough University in 2019 with a BSc in Sport and Exercise Psychology and completed her MSc in Sport and Exercise Psychology at the University of Essex in 2021.

Research

Research Title: Promoting Snacktivity and increasing physical activity in pregnant women.

Kayleigh’s research is currently investigating physical activity during pregnancy through a ‘snacktivity’ approach.
