Jack graduated from the University of Exeter in 2019 with a BSc in Exercise and Sport Sciences and from Loughborough University in 2020 with an MSc in Exercise Physiology. Prior to his MSc, Jack undertook a placement with the Welsh National Triathlon Performance Centre where he was an exercise physiologist. Outside of his studies, Jack competes in triathlons and coaches at his local triathlon club.
