Aziz completed a BSc degree in Sport Management at Gazi University/Turkey (2007-2012) before completing a Master's Research degree in Exercise and Sport Science at the University of Birmingham. He worked as Sport Training Expert in the Bolu Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sport from 2013 to 2021, and coordinated international projects(Erasmus+) between 2017-2021. He took charge of several national and international sport organizations. He was an athlete at the Turkish National Para-cycling Team between 2010-2012.
