Key roles & responsibilities

To work within the School Operations team co-ordinating:

  • Human Resources
    • The extension of fixed-term contracts, and requests for changes in hours.
    • The completion of in-School checks for staff Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) applications.
    • Recording of staff sickness absence and other absence.
    • Maintenance of the School's online Annual Leave Recorder for staff.
  • Staff Recruitment, from the initial request for approval to recruit through to the allocation of desk space, provision of IT kit, and induction of new staff.
  • Support for Academic Visitor requests.
  • Office Allocation, Office Moves and New Build Support.
  • Creating and updating staff profile pages on the School's website.
