- Coordinating activities such as the New Lecturer Programme, Academic & SSA Promotions, staff rewards/recognition, and GLOW.
- People-related processes such as fixed-term contract extensions, changes to contracts, sickness/absence reporting, family leave, annual leave and induction.
- Driving improvements in administrative workflows and creating a positive work environment.
