Jack attended Loughborough as an undergraduate from 2002-05 studying Sport & Exercise Science and Physics before embarking on a career in coaching and coach development. During a 9-year role as a Coach Development Manager for The Football Association, Jack completed a PGCert and later a master's degree in Sports Coaching through the University of Worcester. Jack's Master of Science research project focused on ‘Adolescent males perceptions of competitive grassroots football’.

Jack is a UEFA A license holder and coaches at Liverpool FC. He is an active coach developer for UK Coaching and The FA.

Jack's YouTube channel features a variety of Liverpool FA podcast episodes and coaching content.
