Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to the staff and students involved in biological sciences teaching programmes in STEMLab biological laboratories.
- Ensure safe practice in laboratories and provide lab inductions.
- Set-up, clean, calibrate and undertake repair of instruments.
- Co-ordinate the bookings of lab equipment and lab space.
- Contribute to the production of standard operating procedures and risk assessments.
- Champion for Lab Sustainability.
