The EMWA celebrates women from across different sectors, cultures and backgrounds, and recognises those who have impacted on society through various ways.
Talking about the award, Professor Goosey-Tolfrey said “I was honoured to be acknowledged for my work in STEM within Para sport at Loughborough University, especially among such inspiring individuals who had made remarkable contributions in the public sector such as the police force. I owe a great deal to my incredible team at the PHC, whose support makes all of this accomplishment possible.”
