Complete University Guide 2024

Loughborough has been ranked seventh out of 130 universities – securing a place in the top ten for the eighth year running – in the Complete University Guide 2024.

Loughborough's performance in subject league tables which cover degrees taught in the School of Sport, Exercise and Health Sciences include:

  • Biological Sciences has improved 18 places to 14th postion.
  • Biomedical Sciences remains in the top 10 in 7th position.
  • Medical Technology and Bioengineering has remained at 5th.
  • Psychology has improved 7 places to 7th.
  • Sport Science has improved 4 places back to 1st place.

The league table is based on ten measures: Entry Standards, Student Satisfaction, Research Quality, Research Intensity, Graduate Prospects – outcomes, Graduate Prospects – on track, Student-Staff Ratio, Spending on Academic Services, Spending on Student Facilities, and Continuation.
