Athena SWAN Student Extra Mile Award Winners

The School of Sport, Exercise and Health Sciences (SSEHS) has always recognised and valued students and staff as its greatest assets. Our students have nominated their outstanding peers for a range of Athena SWAN Student Extra Mile Awards and winners have now been revealed.

The Athena SWAN Student Extra Mile Awards, launched in 2020, are held annually and recognise students who have given extra to the School in a variety of categories. The awards are open to all students across SSEHS – with students recognised for their excellent in a variety of separate undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate taught (PGT) categories.

The awards are held in collaboration with the Student-Staff Liaison Committee (SSLC) course reps and School Presidents of the School, whom we would like to thank for their committment and contributions toward the awards.
