The British Academy: Early Career Researcher Network

The aim of this event is to provide all ECRs working on health and wellbeing in the Midlands an opportunity to come together to network, learn about each other’s research, and exchange ideas about how to tackle issues in the health and wellbeing research field.

The meet-up will start with a keynote talk from FBA Prof Hilary Graham (University of York), renowned for her research on health and social inequalities. This talk will be followed by break-out sessions running in parallel on the funding landscape in Health and Wellbeing/working with clinicians and clinical populations and engaging with the media/working with marginalised populations. Lunch, tea and coffee will also be provided.
