Professor and Director of the UK SCALE Centre
As the Centre Director you will lead the growth and development of the UK SCALE Centre to become the locus for education, research and innovation in supply chain and operations management in the United Kingdom.
You will design, direct, and manage the UK SCALE Centre activities in education, research and outreach, and will report to the Dean of School. Among the Director’s specific responsibilities are strategic planning, programme management, school/staff/student development, resource allocation and budget management, enrolment management, development of research funding, technology transfer, partnership initiatives, and relations with external constituencies.
We are seeking candidates with either a research, teaching and enterprise background, or an industry/practitioner background. This flexibility allows us to tailor the role to the strengths and experiences of the right candidate, ensuring the best fit for both you and the UK SCALE Centre.
