Registration and payment

All participants of the conference are required to register and to pay the registration fee on-line (see below). 

Early Registration Fee

(paid before 30 April 2024)

  • £360 - Regular participants excl. Conference Dinner
  • £430 - Regular participants incl. Conference Dinner
  • £120 - Accompanying persons

Standard Registration Fee

(paid before 10 June 2024)

  • £400 - Regular participants excl. Conference Dinner
  • £470 - Regular participants incl. Conference Dinner
  • £120 - Accompanying persons 

The registration fee covers admission to sessions, coffee breaks, lunches, social programme and the e-book of abstracts.
