Eat well, Move well, Live well

We look forward to meeting you at the Cheltenham Science Festival in June!

Visit us at our stand in the Interactive Zone to explore how eating and moving well can make you feel very well indeed!

You’ve probably heard all about eating five a day – but how do we choose a balanced diet while still enjoying what we eat?

And, you probably know that we should all get active – but why does movement make us feel so happy and support our health?

We’ve lined up some fun activities to help you find the answers to these two really important questions.
