And, you probably know that we should all get active – but why does movement make us feel so happy and support our health?
We’ve lined up some fun activities to help you find the answers to these two really important questions.

Learn how to tell which foods are more processed than others.
Get to grips with how to include more healthy whole foods in your diet.

Why does movement make us happy?
Whether you love cycling, skateboarding, swimming, dancing, martial arts, boxing (the list is endless) – find out why the exercise you enjoy helps to make you feel so happy and healthy.

We look forward to meeting you – but who are we?
We’re a team of researchers at Loughborough University. Our Team Leader is Dr Florence Sheen. She specialises in communicating with children and young people about eating a balanced diet and maintaining a healthy body weight.
