Sarah Bugby had the opportunity to present to the UK US Wider Decommissioning community during one of their regular meetings. Attendees included members of the civil and defence nuclear sectors with an interest in the deactivation and decommissioning of radiological facilities. Sarah gave a brief overview of ARAMP's decommissioning-relevant research and charted the development of portable hybrid gamma-optical imaging that has led to the Seracam system, and its recent deployment in a live demo at Sellafield Ltd.
