Come along to Royce Common Room for a chance to “chill out”.

You can expect crafts and board games with the opportunity to catch up with friends or make news ones!  

No need to book, just pop by to Royce Common Room.

Speaking Club Tuesdays

Speaking Club

Every Tuesday over the summer period the International Student Experience Team will run a Speaking Club.

Come along, practise your English speaking and listening skills with a chance to catch up with friends and meet new ones too. No need to book, ask any questions that you might have about life in the UK or just pop by for a general chit-chat and each week we will have a new topic to discuss!

Dribble, pass, shoot! Whether you're into 3-on-3 or a casual runaround, come enjoy some friendly basketball with fellow students.

Please book on the Loughborough Sports App (on the Recreational Sport tile). 

Numbers are limited so book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

LU Trips

Trip to Ancient Chester

Pick up 7:45am Wolfson School (University), or pick up 8am from Amber Rooms (Town Centre), return to Loughborough approx. 7pm

Chester, a charming walled city steeped in Roman history, offers a unique mix of ancient and modern.

Walk along the most complete city walls in Britain, explore the distinctive black-and-white Tudor-style buildings, and discover the city’s rich past at every corner.

Spend the day wandering through the historic streets, visit the stunning Chester Cathedral, browse the famous two-tiered Rows shopping galleries, or take a relaxing stroll along the River Dee. A perfect blend of heritage, culture, and character.
