International Women’s Day (IWD) celebrates the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women and marks a call to action for accelerating women’s equality.

EmpowerHER

EmpowerHER aims to provide opportunities for women and non-binary staff and students to conquer barriers to getting active in environments where they can feel comfortable and supported. We aim to shift perceptions and empower women to embrace physical activity confidently and enthusiastically.
