Close-up of Edith Alusa.

Edith Alusa (Water and Environmental Management, 2001) is a current member of the Loughborough University Alumni Advisory Board (AAB). She volunteers her time to attend regular meetings and support the University’s strategic initiatives. She fits this around her role as Kenya Country Representative at the sustainable business advisory organisation, NIRAS International.

As well as supporting the AAB in an advisory role, Edith has assisted the University with international recruitment. In April this year, she participated in an online webinar that was organised by the Global Engagement Team for prospective post-graduate students who live in East Africa. The perspectives of Loughborough alumni from their home countries are helpful to students when they are deciding where to go and study.

Thank you to Edith for supporting the Loughborough alumni community and the University's international student recruitment initiatives!
