Bessy Odame-Boafo

Bessy Odame-Boafo (Water and Environmental Management, 2014) works as a Water, Sanitation and Hygiene Consultant, helping to improve water quality and sanitation standards in North African countries.

 

Her background in volunteering and advisory positions made her an ideal candidate for the Alumni Advisory Board (AAB) which she joined in 2022.

 

Bessy regularly attends AAB meetings and contributes to conversations about ways that the alumni community can be directed to support the University’s strategic initiatives. She supports the ongoing drive to increase opportunities for student-alumni mentorships and is very supportive of the University's connections and work in Ghana.
