Aisha Adedeji (Banking, Finance and Management, 2015) has achieved a successful career since graduating from Loughborough University, securing several roles in the finance industry. She has also founded her own company ‘The Hustle’, an online forum that provides advice and discussions about finance, management, and marketing. Alongside all of this, she has also volunteered her time for the benefit of the Loughborough community on many occasions.

Aisha gives her time back to the University as a member of the Alumni Advisory Board (AAB). She also regularly volunteers and shares insights into her experiences for the benefit of others. In recent years she has contributed to careers events through the Future Talent programme. She has provided valuable one-to-one support to Black students through mentoring, advising them on how to work towards jobs in their chosen industries.

This year Aisha visited the Loughborough campus and took part in the ‘Personal Best’ programme as a guest speaker. She gave an inspirational talk to staff and students, provided insight into the finance and banking industry, and answered questions from the audience.

These are just some of the ways that Aisha gives back to Loughborough. Thank you, Aisha!
