Jim has been involved with the automotive industry for 20 years. He is an industry expert with specialist knowledge of retail, strategy and management within the sector. In the past he has commented on big issues/scandals affecting the industry, including the impact of the recession and the VW emissions crisis. Jim is Director of the University’s Centre for Automotive Management and is the Ford Industrial Chair of Retail Management.
