Luggage

We allow you to bring two large checked in suitcases, one hand luggage and one laptop bag. You will be charged £35 per additional suitcase per person if you bring more than this allowance. Please note that students will be expected to handle their own luggage on and off the coaches. If you have any accessibility needs related to handling your own luggage, please make this clear on your booking form. Please note, any additional passengers will be charged £35 per item.

Early arrivals

Please be aware that if you arrive on an early flight, you may need to wait until the scheduled meeting time of 1pm at the designated meeting point. Coaches will depart once they are full, so there may be additional waiting time before leaving the airport. We appreciate that this can be tiring after a long journey and kindly ask for your patience and understanding while our staff coordinate arrivals and departures safely and efficiently. Please also note that, in line with UK driving laws and regulations, coaches reserve the right to depart in line with driver working hours, regardless of passenger numbers.

Flights arrving after 1pm (including delays)

Please note that if your flight is scheduled or delayed after 1pm, we cannot guarantee the pickup, please seek other options. Students that expect to arrive at the meeting point after 3pm are advised to arrange overnight accommodation at the airport and take the next day’s coach or arrange their own way to Loughborough. If you need support or advice regarding your arrival time and availability of the service, please e-mail our International Student Experience team.
