REACH Diwali Party 2025

On behalf of the Race, Ethnicity and Cultural Heritage (REACH) Staff Network Group, we warmly invite staff, students, family and friends, and members of the wider community to help us celebrate the university’s annual Diwali Party.

Join us for our Diwali party on campus - and enjoy an exhilarating celebration of the Hindu Festival of Lights, which marks the triumph of light over darkness and good over evil.  All are welcome.

  • There will be a 3 course Indian celebratory meal for Non-Vegetarian and Vegetarian.
  • Full bar facilities for alcoholic and soft drinks, and hot beverages
  • Dance and music entertainment from DJ ‘Taran D’
  • 360 Video booth
  • A Local Henna artist
  • Face Painter

The venue is:  The University Village Bar

Date/Time:  Saturday 15th November 2025, 6.00pm to midnight   

Adult tickets - £15, Children 5-10 years old £10 and Children under 5 for free if pre-booked with organisers.
