Harassment and Sexual Misconduct Awareness Hub
The University is committed to ensuring a safe environment for staff and students whereby any allegations of sexual harassment, misconduct and violence are investigated, and proportional actions and support are taken. This hub brings together how the university responds to and handles issues of harassment and sexual misconduct. It includes policies, processes, support services, and guidance; all in one place, as required by the Office for Students (OfS).
The university has a set of definitions within this area, some of which are complex and detailed within several different policies and ordinances. This supports the University to comply with the Office for Students Condition of Registration, E6 and the Worker Protection Act 2025. This information sheet / webpage provides further information about what happens at each stage.
