Background

High-energy driven professional, Innovative, industrious, talented Mechatronics Engineer with a proven track record in learning new design skills. A communicative, encouraging team player who presents ideas effectively and can assist others in the latest procedures.

Skilled in 3D CAD modelling like Solid Works, Inventor and CATIA, FEA (ANSYS) and versatile knowledge and experience in different aspects of mechanical, electrical, control engineering, Additive manufacturing, safety and safe guiding principles to a high standard. Quickly surpassed expectations in design as well as in end-to-end project management.

Title of thesis: Simulation of Material Extrusion Additive Manufacturing

Simulation of Material Extrusion Additive Manufacturing, the project would Model the geometry and Investigate the mechanical properties of 3D printed polymer structures, therefore Specimens will be prepared and experimentally characterise. No models currently exist that can predict this critical variation, which impacts filament geometry, pore size and mechanical properties. Therefore, expensive time-consuming trial-and-error approaches to scaffold design are currently necessary.
