Philip Borg passes PhD viva

Congratulations to Philip Borg who recently passed his PhD viva with no corrections.

Philip Borg successfully defended his PhD at his Viva on 12th April 2018. He was awarded the PhD with no corrections, which is a testament to the quality of his writing and the careful consideration he gave to all aspects of his research project. The title of his thesis was “Using the Computer as a Tool for Constructivist Teaching: A Case Study of Grade 7 Students Developing Representations and Interpretations of Mathematical Notation when Using the Software Grid Algebra”. It involved him analysing his own teaching whilst working with a low-performing group of students in Malta using the software Grid Algebra.

Many congratulations to Philip for his excellent achievement.
