About your credentials
As a new student, you can look up your Loughborough University username, email address and password. These allow you to access all IT Services at Loughborough University, including HallNet and the wireless networks, the virtual learning environment, computer labs, and print services.

Erasmus students should use your date of birth and application number found on their Erasmus acceptance letter.
This facility is not currently available for Further Education students.
Security
You are responsible for any actions taken using your login, therefore it is important to keep your username and password secure. For security reasons we do not recommend writing your password down. If you choose to do so, please ensure it is not clear that it relates to University systems (this reduces the risk should it be found by anyone).
