my.HR has been expanded to include staff development course bookings. Employees are able to book and manage their own staff development records, view their last 10 years training history and add details of any special requirements and non-University courses attended
Submissions for contribution pay and additional increments are considered annually at Reward Review meetings, usually in May. All staff groups on Grades 1 to 8 are eligible for consideration for these, and the effective date of awards is 1 August.
