For October entry, once you have a firm offer for your course, you can register your PREFERENCE for University Hall accommodation online using your University application number from mid April. You will receive an email from the Student Accommodation Centre to advise you when and how to apply.
Preferences do NOT guarantee an offer of accommodation; priority is given to international students applying to Loughborough.
Subject to availability, successful applicants will receive an offer via email once their academic place at Loughborough has been accepted and confirmed. Please note that applications submitted after 1 September may only be considered depending on availability.
Accept your offer online and pay your Room Bond - no paperwork to complete! You will NOT be able to make payments online until you have been issued with your University student registration number (B******). Room bond deposits for University Halls should be paid online once you have received your registration information from the student office (this will be approximately 6 weeks prior to the start of term).
Research students who are due to arrive in December, April and July should email: email@example.com for details of availability.
Most Hall accommodation is for single occupancy only, however partners are accepted in some double rooms in Harry French Hall, please contact us.
If you intend bringing your partner/family, we also have 1 and 2 bedroom flats in New Ashby Court, off Sharpley Road - close to Engineering Departments and Library. For more information please refer to our New Ashby Court page or contact us to discuss your options.
If you prefer to live in town, please refer to our Off Campus information.
If you are studying under the PGCE programme, the course dates are not compatible with the term dates of University Halls accommodation. PGCE students are advised to seek accommodation Off Campus.
