How to Apply
Stage 1 - Please browse the Halls of residence to familiarise yourself with the different accommodation options we can offer you. Please read the Important Information for Returning Students. It is important to read the Terms and Conditions of Occupancybefore you proceed.
Stage 2 - Choose the Apply for a room online button at the bottom of this page and follow the instructions. You can choose three preferences for halls accommodation. (Confirmation of your application will be sent to the email address used when first registering onto the website. If you no longer have access to this account we can forward the email to you).
Stage 3 - Returning students are allocated a room at the Warden's discretion. From early March you should receive an email with your offer of accommodation. This will advise you how to proceed and accept your room online. Please take the opportunity to view the information on our website for the hall offered to you prior to accepting.
You will then be taken through the following steps:
- Login.
- Read and accept our Terms & Conditions.
- Confirm your room by accepting the Licence. You will be sent a confirmation email.
- Pay your room bond online - you will be sent a confirmation email subject to a successful transaction.
- Prior to returning in September, you will need to complete the Online Induction for 2012/13. You will be sent a reminder email.
Applications for 2012/13
If you want to return to halls, you can still apply online for the following halls:
Butler Court, Cayley, David Collett, Rutherford and The Holt.
The remaining halls are currently oversubscribed - if you are a DANS student or committee member for one of these halls and need to make an application, please contact the Student Accommodation Centre.
