Situated approximately a 10 minute walk from campus, off Forest Road; 15 minutes walk from the town. The Holt represents redeveloped accommodation, owned and managed by our partners, Unite plc. The Old Holt is a listed Victorian Mansion around which the development was constructed.

A cluster of five three storey blocks surround The Old Holt Victorian building set in its own grounds. This is a quiet hall located in a quiet residential area but just a short walk from the busy campus. 3-6 Students share large dining kitchen

- Three x 2 bedroom bungalows
- Weekly cleaning to stairwell corridors and common rooms only
- All beds are 4ft (double bedding recommended - pillows NOT provided)
- Large common/games room - freeview TV area, snooker and pool tables, football table and dartboard (facilities subject to change)
- The University network and internet access is via a wired socket only. Freewire TV is only available by wired socket.

- Limited parking available (University Permit required)
