Parcels and Card Office
(Butler Court, Cayley, David Collett, Elvyn Richards, Falkner Eggington, Faraday, Hazlerigg-Rutland, John Phillips, Robert Bakewell, Royce, Rutherford,Telford and Towers).
All Parcels will be delivered to the Parcels and Card Office located on University Road (map ref: 49, next to The Student Accommodation Centre)
Letter post will be delivered direct to your Hall Reception. Parcels and secure items can be collected from the Parcels and Card Office.
When arranging delivery of your parcel - in order to help us to identify you, please remember to include your University ID number in your address details.
Students will be contacted via email when there is an item to collect.
Please bring your Student ID card for identification at the Parcels counter in order to collect your parcel/item.
Term Time - Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 6.00pm, Friday 10.00am to 5.00pm, Saturday 9.00am to 2.00pm
Out of term time - Monday to Thursday 9am – 4:30pm, Friday 10am – 4:00pm, Saturday closed
(During Vacations, opening times are reduced – information regarding revised times will be displayed in location)

Damaged or lost ID card?
You must call in person into the Parcel and Card office (next to The Student Accommodation Centre) during office hours who will arrange to issue a new card, and transfer any monies outstanding on the old card to the new card. There is a charge of £7.95 for a lost or damaged card.
Take care of your card, it is your responsibility not the University's.
Diners+ is our discounted meal offer package available to students. Meal units can be purchased anytime online via the campus card cashless portal or call into the Parcel and Card office.
Ideal for any self catered students living on or off campus so you can have discounted and nutritional hot meals whilst on campus. Look for the D+ signs on menus.
You can also top up 5 day catering plans by having a discounted brunch and a hot meal at the weekends as well.
Cash+ Upload cash onto your ID card to spend on food and beverage purchases in the Parcel and Card office or any Campus Living outlet (including the dining rooms).

Letters will be delivered by the postman into relevant post boxes.
If you wish to receive parcels you will need to complete a parcel disclaimer form giving the hall reception permission to take parcels on your behalf. You will be given a form on arrival or you can request one at the hall reception.
If you have any queries, please speak to your Hall Reception.
Post is delivered directly to each flat. Reception cannot accept any parcels for students.
