UPP/University Halls
(Cayley, Rutherford, Faraday, Royce, Telford, David Collett, Hazlerigg-Rutland, Elvyn Richards, Robert Bakewell, Village Court, John Phillips)
Letter post will be delivered direct to your Hall Reception. Parcels and secure items can be collected from Cogz and Parcelz on Telford Way, opposite LUFS.
Students will be contacted when there is an item to collect via email or text.
Term Time - Opening hours Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm, Sat 9.00am to 1.00pm
(During Vacation, opening times are reduced – information regarding revised times will be displayed in location)
Please note - 2 forms of ID are required when collecting parcels.
University Halls
(Towers, Falkner Eggington, Butler Court)
All letters, parcels and secure items for Falkner Eggington and Butler Court can be collected from Hall Receptions.
All letters, parcels and secure items for Towers can be collected from the Towers Dining Room during Dining Hall opening times.
Unite Halls
(The Holt, Harry French and William Morris)
Royal Mail/Other Couriers
Letters will be delivered by the postman into relevant post boxes.
If you wish to receive parcels you will need to complete a parcel disclaimer form giving the hall reception permission to take parcels on your behalf. You will be given a form on arrival or you can request one at the hall reception.
