Background
Following graduation from Loughborough (mathematics), Edward has spent his career in Defence Science and Technology (S&T) research, with a range of roles from mathematical modelling, operational research to strategic leadership roles in the MOD. Edward is currently MOD’s Commissioner for AI, Autonomy and Cyber.

- Edward chairs the Loughborough University School of Science Industrial Advisory Board and is a member of the Wolfson School Strategic Advisory Board. He also supports the MTC funded Industrial Policy Research Centre in Wolfson.
