I graduated from Loughborough University in 2017, majoring in User experience design (UX) with Master’s degree. In 2019, I got my second Master’s degree in Wuhan University of Technology in China. I have industry design and user experience design backgrounds. I am really interested in how new technology influence sport consumer behaviour and improve fan experience.
My research focus on enhancing fan experience in spectator sports by means of augmented reality.
