I am a HCPC Registered Occupational Psychologist, a Full Member of the Division of Occupational Psychology of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and Chartered Psychologist. I am a researcher and practitioner with over 20 years of experience helping organisations to apply psychology to improve workers' well-being, satisfaction and performance. In 2024 with Professor John Arnold and colleagues, I will be publishing the 8th edition of the textbook 'Work Psychology: Understanding Human Behaviour in the Workplace'.

My research focuses on evaluating various organisational change interventions and exploring the psychological and organisational processes that determine intervention effectiveness.
