Fees and Funding 2018-19

Choosing to boost your career prospects with a qualification is an important decision, so it’s important to understand the financial costs of your programme.

If you are studying for a Postgraduate Certificate or Diploma, tuition fees will be charged on a pro rata basis, according to the number of credits you are studying for.

Financial Statement 

As part of the application process, you will need to complete and submit the Financial Statement Form.

Fully self-funded students will need to pay an enrolment fee of £1,000 as the first instalment of the course fees. The enrolment fee can be paid via the online store. The balance of course fees will be invoiced at the start of your programme. 


UK/EU students can borrow up to £10,280 from the Student Loan Company which can be used at their discretion to contribute to the costs of study (tuition fees, living costs, course costs etc). This does not apply for students with MSc exemptions.

Part-time postgraduate students must contact Student Advice at Advice@lboro.ac.uk who would guide them through the application process.
