Doctoral researcher Araz Zirar attended the 25^th Annual EurOMA Conference in June 2018 and presented an empirical research paper entitled: ‘Disentangling the nexus between enabling HRM practices and lean implementation in the service operations’ in Operational Excellence Track.

He successfully secured the funding: £350 from the CSM and £350 from the HRMOB Discipline Group for that purpose.
