Entry requirements

Full time candidates will usually require a good first degree (BEng or BSc) or equivalent in a science or engineering subject to register for an MSc course. Part time students working in industry with relevant experience may be accepted with an HND or equivalent and would usually begin at certificate level and then, with successful progress, continue to work towards the MSc.
All applicants for admission to postgraduate taught programmes must have an acceptable qualification in English language before they can be admitted to any taught postgraduate programme.

Applicants should include all possible information about their qualifications when applying. Transcripts are particularly important and so are referees' reports, particularly for international and industrially sponsored part time students.?
