Our visit days are an opportunity for you to find out more about your degree course, explore our expansive campus, and meet our teaching staff and current students to chat and ask any questions you may have about life at Loughborough.
Our Business visit day includes the following courses:

On arrival please make your way to the James France Building where we will welcome you to the event and register your arrival.

Registration After registering you will be able to speak with staff and current students from the Business School about admissions, placements and study abroad opportunities, as well as representatives from our Student Accommodation Centre. There will also be optional accommodation presentations taking place at 10:00 and 10:30. Upon registration you will receive a voucher that can be used towards the cost of refreshments purchased at the James France Shop. |

Studying business at Loughborough University An overview of studying business at Loughborough with more information about the admissions process, placements, study abroad, employability prospects and the student experience. There will also be a taster lecture so you can get a feel for what it's like to be a Loughborough student. |

Campus tour (optional) Explore our award-winning single-site campus with our student ambassadors and view University facilities such as the Library, Students' Union and sports facilities. The tour will end at Loughborough Business School where you will be able to speak with students and see the facilities in the building. Please note tours will not include halls of residence. |

Travelling by train
Regular services operate between Loughborough and other mainline towns and cities, including frequent trains to and from London St Pancras International in as little as 1 hour 12 minutes.
You may be able to buy a combined train and bus ticket which incorporates the bus journey to and from the railway station; just add 'PlusBus' when booking on websites such as Trainline and East Midlands Railway.
The sprint Kinchbus service runs up to every 10 minutes between the University and railway station; ask for the University and alight at the Computer Studies bus stop.
Taxis are also usually available at the station.
Travelling by coach or bus
Coach and bus services to and from other parts of Leicestershire and the UK have stops in Loughborough town centre and outside campus.
National Express operates two stops:
- Loughborough (The Rushes), from which you can catch the sprint Kinchbus to the University; ask for the University and alight at the Computer Studies bus stop.
- Loughborough University, where you can walk to the venue in approximately 10 minutes.
Megabus coach travellers arriving at Loughborough (Ashby Road) can walk to the venue in approximately 20 minutes. Alternatively, you can walk a few minutes to the Wolfson Building bus stop on campus, where you can catch either the:
- sprint Kinchbus and alight at Computer Studies;
- campus shuttle bus and alight at Margaret Keay Road/East Link Road.
Travelling by car
Register your vehicle
You must register your vehicle when attending your visit day. Full details on how to pre-register your car or how to register on the day for free are available on the Visit Day parking page.
How to find us
Our campus is just two miles from junction 23 of the M1 motorway and there are clear signposts on all other main approach roads to Loughborough.
Please use the University's East Entrance using the postcode LE11 3TT.
Please park in Car Park 5 and make your way to the James France Building.
Travelling by plane
East Midlands Airport is only 7 miles away from the University.
The Skylink bus service runs 24 hours between the Airport and Loughborough town centre, where you will need to connect with the sprint Kinchbus service which runs up to every 10 minutes; ask for the University and alight at the Computer Studies bus stop.
Taxis are also usually available at the Airport.
