Formed in 2001, Falcon Support Services is a registered charity with the mission to help vulnerable people transform their lives enabling them to live independently, healthily and positively contribute to their community.

Falcon Support Services seeks to:

  • Promote the dignity of vulnerable people.
  • To restore physical and mental health and wellbeing, including substance misuse support.
  • Provide high quality, stable, supportive environments and accommodation for vulnerable people during their transition to independence.
  • Assist vulnerable people in developing the social and life skills necessary to plan and prepare for their futures.
  • Enable vulnerable people to integrate into the local community.
