Shanhang Sun is a doctoral researcher at School of Sport, Exercise and Health Sciences (SSEHS) at Loughborough University. He is also an associate lecturer, having started and led the module Business Success in the Global Esports Market at University of Northampton. With over five years of industrial experiences, Shanhang’s research interests lie in sport consumer behaviours, sport marketing, service quality management in sport, and crisis management in sport.
Before joining Loughborough University, Shanhang held two key roles: he served as the Commercial Director at Fosun Sports Group and the China office of Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club, and he previously worked as a senior journalist at Lanxiong Sports.
