Profile
I hold a degree in Psychology and a postgraduate specialization in Sport Psychology and Neuroscience. My academic journey has been guided by the intersection of human performance, cognition, and wellbeing, with a particular interest in how sleep and recovery influence both physical and mental outcomes. Currently, I am undertaking a PhD at Loughborough University, focusing on sleep, travel, and performance in Paralympic athletes as part of the Parafit2032 project.
My professional background includes applied work with athletes, executives, and older adults in cognitive training and performance optimization. I also bring experience from health clinics and community-based initiatives that emphasize resilience, neuroplasticity, and mental health. My main goal is to translate academic research into practical applications for daily life.
