Mona completed her BSc in Health IT (2016-2020) and graduated with an MSc in the same major from Tehran University of Medical Sciences, Iran in 2022. Her focus was mainly on Mobile Health (mHealth) and Digital Health.
Mona started her PhD studies at Loughborough University in October 2024 through a SSEHS funded project primarily supervised by Dr Andrew Kingsnorth. Her project is focusing on accelerometer data analysis (big data analytics) and developing a Physical Activity Toolkit to better tailor personalised movement-based prescription for patients with long-term conditions.
