Profile

Mona holds a BSc (2016-2020) and an MSc (2022) in Health IT from Tehran University of Medical Sciences, Iran. Her focus was mainly on Digital Health, specifically Mobile Health (mHealth) apps and their assessment.

Mona started her PhD studies at Loughborough University in October 2024 through a SSEHS-funded project primarily supervised by Dr. Andrew Kingsnorth. Her project focuses on accelerometer data analysis (big data analytics) and developing a Physical Activity Toolkit to better tailor personalised, movement-based prescriptions for people living with long-term conditions.
