Meghan completed her undergraduate degree (BA) at Colorado College, USA, in 2019 with a major in Neuroscience and a minor in Human Biology and Kinesiology. Following graduation, she held a year-long position in the Human Biology and Kinesiology Department at Colorado College providing laboratory-based teaching and aiding various research projects. Meghan then received an MSc in Exercise Physiology from the University of Jyväskylä, Finland, in 2023. Her MSc thesis investigated the effects of upper-limb resistance training on corticospinal and reticulospinal tract function.
PhD Thesis Title: Neuromuscular electrical stimulation as a treatment for sarcopenia in people on haemodialysis.
