Chloe is completing a part-time PhD alongside her teaching commitments. Her PhD is investigating the effects of different oestrogen concentrations on recovery markers following exercise-induced muscle damage in healthy females.
Her MSc project at Liverpool John Moores University investigated the effect of collagen supplementation and oestrogen concentrations on knee joint laxity and patellar tendon properties. At Loughborough University, her BSc project investigated the effect of sprint condition and sex on the presence of a functional power reserve after exercise to failure.
