Dr Güneş Daşlı

Statement
"As a peace and conflict studies researcher and feminist peace activist, I faced persecution by the authoritarian government due to my decade-long engagement in peace efforts in Turkey. The CARA fellowship has been crucial in providing me with the opportunity to continue producing critical knowledge and contributing to the ongoing efforts of civil society actors working toward a peaceful resolution of the Kurdish conflict in Turkey."
