Seracam: characterisation of a new small field of view hybrid gamma camera for nuclear medicine
This research paper is the first publication to report on the Seracam, a new small of field gamma camera for medicalimaging in nuclearmedicine, developed by Serac Imaging Systems. In this paper we provide a full characterisation of the system, demonstrate its capability in challenging simulated clinical scenarios, and discuss how its unique features may improve protocols in the future. Congratulations to Billy Brooks - a former ARAMP project student - for his first peer-reviewed publication.
